Facing a Complaint by the Board?

You are not alone.  The Arizona medical licensing boards initiate hundreds of investigations into healthcare providers' conduct and care and treatment of patients every year.  The investigations can be triggered in a number of ways including direct patient complaints, settlement of a medical malpractice action, hospital reporting of physician/nurse issues and complaints by other physicians.  At Kent & Bechtel, PLLC we have considerable experience, in representing physicians and nursing professionals with their respective licensing boards.
